The Role..
The role offers an opportunity to join a busy account team whose purpose is to offer and continually enhance, their services.
What You'll Be Doing..
- To develop and enhance relationships with existing Customers, while identifying opportunities for new product sales
- Manage Customer relationships, ensuring the Customer experience is positive
- Develop active and new relationships with Customers and their key decision makers
- Manage the Customer relationships, and to exceed the Customer’s expectations
- Produce and maintain account plans/ track performance of accounts
What You'll Bring..
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good IT skills
- Someone from a logistics, frieght or courier background would be advantageous
