Sonic Summary

Freightserve recruitment is seeking an Air Export Clerk for a reputable Freight Forwarder located in the Heathrow area.
The position involves handling Pharma Freight and includes responsibilities such as quotations, dealing with shippers and overseas agents, and completing Air exports jobs from start to finish.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of Air export experience and knowledge of Pharma is required.
The role offers a salary of £30,000 per year and requires good communication skills, organization, and the ability to work under pressure.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30, with training provided for occasional import assistance.

Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Air Export Clerk for a well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Heathrow area. The role will be working with Pharma Freight.

Main duties:-

Quotations
Dealing directly with shippers and overseas agents
Exports Customs Entries
Invoicing
Completing Air exports jobs (from start to finish)
Occasionally assisting with Imports (Training offered)

Experience Needed:-

Minimum 2 years Air export experience.
Pharma knowledge needed.

Personal skills:-

Good communication
Well-organised - Able to prioritise workloads and work under pressure.
Good commercial awareness

Working Monday - Friday 0900 - 1730
