Freightserve recruitment is seeking an Air Export Clerk for a reputable Freight Forwarder located in the Heathrow area.
The role involves managing exports from start to finish, handling time-critical shipments, preparing quotes, and export documentation for customs clearances.
Candidates will also be responsible for checking airline rates, completing customs entries, and liaising with airlines and transporters.
The position requires a Monday to Friday schedule from 0900 to 1730.
The job offers a competitive salary, and candidates should have relevant experience in freight forwarding, ideally with a background in air exports.

Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities

Exports start to finish
Dealing with time critical shipments
Preparing quotes and routing clients
Preparing Export documentation for customs clearances
Checking airline rates and flight schedules
Postflights
Completing customs entries
Completing MAWB's
Liaising with Airlines and Transporters
Invoicing

Working Monday - Friday 0900 - 1730
