My client are a leading independent asbestos management consultancy in the UK with many years of industry experience, Specialising in the identification, testing and monitoring of asbestos.

Asbestos Surveyor - Job purpose: To undertake all aspects of required site work to the Company’s required standard and level of satisfaction.
The position has become available due to busy workload.

Asbestos Surveyor - Responsibilities and accountabilities:
BOHS P402 Required
Surveying and Sampling Strategies for Asbestos in Buildings
Experience of undertaking various asbestos surveys to a variety of commercial and domestic properties
Familiarity of working for a UKAS accredited company
Experience of using hand held data collectors is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
Carrying out ‘Management’ and ‘Refurbishment and Demolition’ Surveys on domestic and commercial premises as well as schools and other public sector buildings.
Conducting bulk sampling within the region
Liaising on a daily basis with clients, contractors and their representatives as well as members of the public
