Right Now Group are delighted to have partnered with a busy Ground Handler, who are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team due to expansion.
This is a permanent opportunity working full time in their offices, located close to Hatton Cross station.

Job Responsibilities of an Accounts Payable Clerk:
- Matching and batching invoices
- Receive, review, and verify invoices and purchase orders for accuracy, approval, and adequate documentation.
- Enter invoices into the accounting system, ensuring accuracy in coding and alignment with company policies.
- Ensure accurate posting of invoices
- Reconcile monthly statements from vendors with internal records and resolve any discrepancies.
- Various reporting including Aged Creditor reports.
The successful Accounts Payable Clerk requires:
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience using Sage 50.
- A high level of numerical and reconciliation skills
- Experience in the aviation / airline industry is a bonus
More Details:
Hours of work: Monday- Friday 09:00 -17:00.
Salary: Up to £29,000
