About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and reliable Facilities Assistant to join our client on a 6-12month contract in Chiswick. This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the facilities, supporting general administration, and maintaining a well-functioning office environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Facilities & Admin Support: Assist with general facilities tasks across a busy office site.

Post Room & Deliveries: Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.

Storage & Office Maintenance: Maintain office storage areas, ensuring they are well-organized and accessible.

Manager Support: Assist managers with miscellaneous requests related to office and facility needs.

General Office Support: Provide hands-on assistance to keep the office running efficiently.
? Previous experience in a facilities, office administration, or support role.? Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.? Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.? A team player with excellent communication skills.? Comfortable with physical aspects of the role, such as handling deliveries and managing storage spaces.
