Facilities Co-ordinator - 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

Location: Chiswick, West LondonSalary: £30,000 - £35,000 p.a.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm or 9.00am - 5.00pm

Based onsite 5 days a week.

Facilities Co-ordinator is required for a prestigious global company to support the Facilities Manager at their West London head office for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You'll be working in a fast-paced ever-changing but rewarding environment. The offices are incredibly modern, open plan and is a truly fantastic place to work, surrounded by like minded individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate facilities services and ensure Health & Safety compliance.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, event setups, and liaise with Event Managers.
  • Oversee site cleaning and security operations.
  • Handle courier shipments and office stationery orders.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and support continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:

  • Experience in facilities management (preferably in an HQ environment).
  • Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
  • Health & Safety awareness.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fire Marshall and First Aid qualifications are a plus.
