Ardeta Search is partnering with a leading third party logistics organisation that specialise in Aviation to recruit a Senior HR Advisor on a 6 month basis.


This is an exciting role to work with an excellent team for a fantastic organisation. The role requires candidates to have worked within a heavily unionised environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Understand the business area's profile and strategic objectives, and develop, agree on, and implement a People Plan aligned with both corporate and local HR strategies to support business goals.
  • Partner with senior management teams to offer practical and effective solutions, bringing the people agenda to life and establishing yourself as a trusted and credible HR generalist.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on best practices for a variety of employee-related issues.
  • Develop UK-wide HR policies, processes, and values that comply with legislation and best practices, including managing statutory compliance programs such as Gender Pay reporting, Modern Slavery statements, and IR35 compliance.
  • Support ad hoc projects and activities related to People Services.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on employee relations issues, such as capability, absence management, health, and redundancy, ensuring timely and effective resolution and risk mitigation.
  • Coach managers to build their capabilities, helping them think through issues, and providing the confidence and knowledge to handle difficult and sensitive matters while fully understanding the associated risks and implications.

Skills:

  • Musthave strong experience in working withTrade Unions.
  • Strong project management and demonstrable experience in leading significant projects and policy roll- out


This is an exciting role working for a brilliant company on a 9 month basis salary paying circa £55,000 - £60,000 + Benefits.
