Aviation Recruitment Network Ltd is seeking newly qualified HGV Class 1 and 2 drivers for a prestigious client at Heathrow Airport.
The position offers a pay rate of £15.31 per hour, translating to an annual salary of £31,844, with potential earnings up to £42,000 through annual appraisals.
Candidates must have a valid manual UK driving licence, be at least 21 years old, and possess experience driving HGV vehicles, either in or outside an airport.
The role involves driving HGV vehicles airside, delivering and collecting airfreight cargo, and assisting with loading using specialist equipment.
Applicants must have a 5-year checkable work history, clear criminal record, and the ability to work shifts between 0500 hrs and 00:30 hrs.

Newly qualified HGV Class 1 and 2 drivers are welcomed. If you have recently gained your HGV qualification and are unable to secure work or have expired CPC and Tack Card, we would like to hear from you!!!Aviation Recruitment Network Ltd is recruiting HGV Drivers for a prestigious client based at Heathrow Airport.For HGV Driver position, we are offering:• £15.31 p/h payrate, £31,844 per annum.• Potential to reach up to £42,000 per annum through annual salary appraisals.• 40 hours per week and overtime opportunities• Choice of weekly pay or monthly pay.• 4 on 2 off shift pattern, working early and late shifts.• Free parking is available in a ULEZ-free zone.Duties of HGV Driver will include:• Driving HGV vehicles inside Heathrow airport – Airside driving training will be provided.• Driving vehicle to deliver and collect airfreight cargo to and from aircraft.• Assist with the loading of palletised items onto vehicles using specialist loading equipment.• Perform airside driving in a safe manner and performing vehicle safety checks.Requirements for HGV Driver role:• Aged 21+ due to insurance purpose.• Valid manual UK driving licence (max 6 points).• Experience in driving HGV vehicle in or outside the airport.• 5-year checkable work history and clear criminal record check (DBS).• Ability to work shifts between 0500 hrs – 00:30 hrs, working 4 days on and 2 days off shift pattern.• Ability to pass a driver's medical and colour vision assessment.Any applicants currently working at Airside driving experience will be desirable. All applicants will be subject to a criminal record check and a 5-year background check as part of the recruitment and vetting process.
