Immediate Sous Chef opportunity available at a VIP lounge in London Heathrow Airport, offering a pay rate of £17.50 per hour plus a monthly bonus.
Candidates must have experience as a Sous Chef or higher, with a proven track record in a high-volume kitchen producing 300 to 700 covers per day.
The role involves assisting the Head Chef with kitchen operations, menu planning, and staff training while ensuring health and safety compliance.
Successful candidates will work a shift pattern of 2 early shifts and 2 late shifts, with guaranteed 40 hours per week and all meals provided during duty.
A minimum of 5 years of checkable work history in a similar kitchen environment is required for consideration.
