Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Manager to join our expanding sales team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing an existing portfolio of accounts, building relationships with e-commerce companies that require international parcel delivery solutions.
- You will be a key player in driving revenue growth by utilizing a consultative selling approach that prioritizes understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities: • Account Management:
- Proactively establishing and developing key strategic business relationships across various levels, offering an exceptional high level of service including; sales, advice and consultation to a portfolio worth £350k+.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client's international shipping requirements, challenges, and growth objectives.
- Ensuring continuous improvement in high level customer services and support including the detailed analysis for key members within the portfolio, personally understanding client’s needs and requirements at all times.
