Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by generating leads through effective networking, referrals, and prospecting.
  • Identify and successfully close new business opportunities while securing additional sales such as parts and rentals.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers to maximise brand exposure and drive opportunities.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, ensuring timely customer payments and smooth order processing.
  • Proactively monitor orders and swiftly address any issues to minimize financial loss.
  • Consistently meet sales and profitability targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure correct order specifications are met and delivered on time.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales office and other departments to boost productivity and control costs.
  • Partner with aftersales teams to ensure seamless product handovers to customers.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of customer relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Keep an up-to-date CRM database with accurate customer contact details via the client's Plant.
  • Take ownership of customer concerns, addressing issues with clear communication and a solution-focused approach, ensuring positive outcomes.
  • Organise product demonstrations at customer sites to support new business deals and secure future opportunities.
