This role sits within our facility support service and covers a diverse range of clients, industries and sectors within the airport. Salary: Upto £36,000 doeHours: 4 on 4 off nights 1900-0700 plus overtimeBenefits: 33 days holiday, private healthcare, generous pension contributions, ongoing training and development, plus many more! Duties and Responsibilities: You will be responsible for delivering a building fabric service such as minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, and patch repairs. Ideally you will have worked in the building services sector, or similar, with basic electrical and/or plumbing skills as you will be carrying out fabric repairs. You should be physically fit as the role does involve some manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces. Keep clients updated with any developments, recording all activities, remedial works, inspection logs etc Ensure a high level of customer service, with good verbal and written communication. Comfortable working with IT to record your tasks and updates. The ideal candidate would have a background in facilities management, a trade scheme or time served experience.
