We are currently supporting our client in the search for an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to join their team on a high-profile project based at Heathrow. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for a driven professional with a strong background in mechanical construction and site leadership.

Role Overview:

The Mechanical Construction Manager will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The role involves managing subcontractors, overseeing night shift planning, and working collaboratively with project teams to maintain control and momentum throughout the build.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead mechanical construction activities across the site

  • Coordinate and manage night shift operations
