Position: Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: Hounslow, London
Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Excellent added benefits!
Hours: 40 hours per week, Supernumerary

As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the home runs smoothly, with access to a supportive care team and modern technology.

Responsibilities as a Clinical Deputy Manager:

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor clinical nursing staff, ensuring adherence to CQC policies and fostering professional development.
  • Monitor the quality of care, ensuring it meets NMC standards & guidelines
  • Coordinate communication across nursing teams to uphold high care standards and ensure efficient operations.


Requirements as a Clinical Deputy Manager:

  • Previous management experience in care home settings.
  • Active NMC Pin (RGN/RMN/RNLD).
