Sonic Summary

An experienced Project Quantity Surveyor (QS) is needed for a leading construction company involved in a large residential fitout project.
The project, converting an office to residential scheme, is approximately halfway completed with about 10 months remaining.
The QS will have a combination of home and office work responsibilities.
The role involves collaborating with the Project Manager (PM) to oversee all commercial aspects of the project.
Candidates should have relevant experience, but the specific salary and years of experience required were not mentioned.

Experienced Project QS required to work for leading construction company on the fitout of a large residential scheme.

The project is a office to resi scheme and is approx half way through with another 10 months to go. The experienced QS will do a mix of home and office work.
