Description
Credit Control:
- Work towards monthly group and individual cash targets
- Regularly update account receivables
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports
- Ability to work in multiple currencies chasing debt in various countries
- Resolve billing disputes and negotiate payment plans with customers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals
Profile
Credit Control:
- Excellent query resolution and the ability to use all systems available to resolve the queries
- IT literate with advanced Word and Excel skills, able to produce Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Detail-oriented approach to work
- Ability to work well in a team environment
