Day-to-day of the role:- Invoice Oversight: Ensure all customer invoices are accurate and comply with internal policies.
- Debt Collection: Engage with customers to secure timely payments of outstanding invoices.
- Account Management: Regularly review and reconcile account discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.
- Credit Analysis: Assess the creditworthiness of clients and set appropriate credit limits.
- Financial Reporting: Generate reports detailing accounts receivable status and other financial metrics.
- Dispute Handling: Address and resolve any billing or payment issues with customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to streamline the credit management process.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with financial policies and legal guidelines.
- Experience in credit control or a related financial role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities.
