This innovative cultural travel company are looking for a Client Relationship Assistant to join their busy team. You will manage and maintain client relationships, assisting with their requests.

Client Relationship Assistant Role and Responsibilities

• Manage incoming telephone calls and emails
• Arrange client requests such as additional hotel nights and flight upgrades
• Confirm bookings and payments
• Proofing and dispatching client documentation

Client Relationship Assistant Skills and Experience Required

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritise, with excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge and genuine interest in the arts (classical music, art, architecture etc)

Client Relationship Assistant Key Benefits
