The successfulMEP QA Lead will be joining a growing contractor on an excellent project in Europe and be part of a highly regarded company well known for its strong Preconstruction Engineering, Project Management capabilities and smooth Project Delivery on alarge Data Centre development in Belgium with the option to be paid under the Uk or Ireland Employment law.
MEP QA Lead Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the creation, execution, and upkeep of the project Quality Plan and inspection/test plans following the Client's specifications.
- Interpret and convey the contract Quality requirements to project staff and company functions supporting the project.
- Review, audit, and oversee the Project Quality plan and procedures implementation, working with the Auditing team.
- Manage Project inspection/test programs and associated witness point schedules on a per-system basis.
- Ensure client participation at agreed-upon inspection/witness points per the project contract and handover schedule.
- Manage the resolution of Quality-related matters at the Project Management Team and project supervisor levels.
- Coordinate the handover of all Quality Records to the Client on a system-by-system basis.
MEP QA Lead Requirements:
- Roughly 3 -7 years of experience in a similar QA Construction role
- Prior experience working on large commercial construction projects
- Prior experience working for a general contractor is ideal
