In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and maintaining the data records to support the team's operations and decision-making processes.Responsibilities:* Receive and process information from the electrical team* Enter data accurately into the central database* Reference data from Excel spreadsheets* Update programs with data received* Catalogue data using appropriate tags for easy reference* Transfer physical records into a digital system* Retrieve data as requested by team members* Maintain and update the database system as needed* Generate reports for analysis and decision-making, and feed back findings to the team* Evaluate data against reports for accuracy and consistency* Confident collaborating with internal teamsSkills and Qualifications:* A good level of IT skills, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite* Willingness to learn and be trained in the Street Lighting Central Management System and Highways Asset Management System* Experience with City Touch or Confirm is advantageous but not required* Strong Excel skills, with the ability to use Excel for data manipulation and analysis* Confident, proactive, and able to take direction effectively* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasksIf you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for data management and want to contribute to the success of the team, we encourage you to apply.
