Our client are seeking a passionate Data Analyst with a strong technical skillset. You’ll manage and analyse customer and supplier data, automate data processes, and work with IT teams to improve reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collate and analyse data from WMS systems
- Create customer MI packs and reports, including SLA data point
- Analyse customer spend and assist with rate cards and tariffs
- Ensure accurate data capture, tariff application, and system configuration
- Monitor product/client volumes, identify trends, and provide analysis
- Reconcile invoices via Xero
- Work with IT teams to streamline data flows and solve inventory/data issues
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Macros), Power BI, SQ
- Strong financial and analytical reporting skills
- Data analysis experience
- Highly numerate, with strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven
