Horizon Teachers is seeking an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant/Mentor to support a 16-year-old girl in Hounslow within a specialist setting.
This long-term position requires 3-4 days of work per week and is available to candidates with prior experience working with teenagers exhibiting complex emotions and challenging behaviors.
The role offers the chance to build a meaningful 1:1 rapport with students and potentially transition into a permanent position.
Successful candidates will receive pay equivalent to permanent staff after 12 weeks, with many starting from day one.
A DBS check and verification of relevant qualifications are required as part of the application process.
