Secondary Teaching Assistant - Hounslow
Tradewind Recruitment are working in closely with an "Good" secondary school in the borough of Hounslow in recruiting for an experienced Teaching assistant to join ASAP until the end of the academic year (July 2025) for the right candidate - this will be reviewed termly.
The role of this Teaching Assistant position in a secondary school is best suited for someone who is looking to start a career in education. the appointed applicant will be working with young people with behaviour difficulties and Autism. Our client is looking for someone who can commit until the end of the academic year.
This support role will give you an opportunity to enhance your experience and it will assist you in getting a better understanding of supporting with students with different abilities.
As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting students with mild behaviour difficulties and students with Autism. You will be required to assist them with their numeracy and literacy and help them to stay focused during lessons.
This role is available on a long-term supply starting ASAP until the end of the academic year (July 2025). Interested applicants must be able to communicate well with students and have a great knowledge in all subjects.
As the successful applicant you will have experienced teachers and support staff who will be able to help and guide you. This outstanding secondary school holds daily meetings with you to help you prepare for the lessons throughout the day!
