Job Opportunity: Full-Time Teaching Assistant (Secondary School)
Location: Hounslow
Salary: £90 - £100 per day
Tradewind is excited to offer a fantastic full-time Teaching Assistant role at a secondary school in Hounslow. We are seeking a committed individual to support students in both their academic and emotional development, especially those who face behavioural challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to students, particularly those with behavioural difficulties.
Assist in managing classroom behaviour and fostering a productive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers to implement effective behaviour management strategies.
Support the holistic growth of individual students, helping them achieve both educational and emotional goals.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with students with behavioural challenges.
Strong skills in classroom management.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A positive and patient attitude, with a commitment to student success.
Essential Criteria:
Experience working with secondary school students.
Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills.
Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to helping students.
A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable).
Professional reference checks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Hours: Full-time, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
