Horizon Teachers are working with a 3-form Primary School in Hounslow that are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to help cover staff absences on a long-term, full-time basis starting after October half-term until the end of the academic year.The School is needing a Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a child within Year 4 that needs close support due to having Mild Learning Difficulties which can lead to challenging behaviours. You will need to assist the class teacher and use your initiative to make sure the child you are working with is engaged in lessons.Due to the needs of the child you will be working with, it would be desirable if you have previous experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs, but this isn't essential. This will be a very rewarding role for the right person and will pay up to £550 per week.What the school are looking for in their Teaching Assistants:
