Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one and group support for students, focusing on those with behavioural difficulties.
  • Assist in managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Work closely with teachers to implement effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Support students' overall development, helping them achieve educational and personal goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with students with behavioural challenges.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to student support.

Essential Criteria

  • Experience working with secondary school students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
  • Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable).
  • Professional references verifying suitability for the role.

Working Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
