You'll have the opportunity to earn a very competitive salary of 45k and travelling expenses in addition you will receive excellent benefits. The Nurse Case Manager is responsible for ensuring client's receive high standards of care delivered by carer safety within their caseload.
Your job:
Working as a Nurse Case Manager is a timely opportunity to join a pool of dedicated nurses who are responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality person-centred care across North London. All of the7 care and attention is delivered in clients' homes by skilled and experienced Healthcare Assistants.
One of your critical responsibilities is the effective co-ordination of care staff, resources and logistics support to ensure the effective delivery of field and head office services.

What you'll need to bring:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 6 months in the UK and an active NMC PIN.
- Tracheostomy and Ventilator experience essential.
- Ability to work flexibly and respond quickly to changing priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Confident, passionate and possess a can-do attitude.
- Due to the patient area case load you must be a driver and have access to a car.
