Description
This will be a FT working from Hounslow role - No WFH is permitted due to the nature of roleCarry out routines unsupervised (PPM and Reactive)have experience in PPM's on Electrical systems and Mechanical plantBMS System - MonitorDALI Lighting - Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing DriversEmergency Lighting Checks/TestsAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)Chillers - Re-setL8 (Temperature checks and TMV adjustments)Plumbing - small repairs and unblocking toiletsFire Alarm Checks/TestsPumpsMotorsUPS systemsGeneratorsPower DistributionBoilersPAT TestingCalorifiersSprinkler Checks/TestsGeneral building fabricCompleting logbooksFlushingsOOO shifts may be required (adhoc). will be discussed further on interviewThe successful candidate must have;at least 3 years in building servicesCity & Guilds in a trade - Level 3 qualification in electrical or mechanical/ HVAC
