We are looking for aElectrical Engineer - Nightswho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.
As theElectrical Engineer - Nights,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
TheElectrical Engineer - Nights,will be responsible for:
- Reactive repairs - replacing sockets, light fittings, re-lamping, fault finding to name a few.
- Electrical safety checks
- Annual visual inspections of DB's
- Emergency lighting checks
- Hand dryer inspections
- Central battery unit visual inspectio
- UPS monthly checks
- Ale to work to high levels of health and safety, to have an understanding and be able to follow building statutory requirements.
- Ensure regular monitoring and inspection procedures are carried out for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance programme
To be successful for thisElectrical Engineer - Nightsrole you must have:
- The ideal candidate would have a background in facilities or mobile maintenance within the construction sector, or similar, and be qualified to either Level 3 City and Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation and 18th edition.
- Hold a full, current, driving licence.
- Be IT literate for record keeping, have good customer service skills.
- Be physically able to carry out the fuller duties detailed in the job description.
