An excellent opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM service provider at a prestigious commercial site near Heathrow. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic and high-profile environment, maintaining essential building systems to the highest standards.
You will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of electrical and building services systems, ensuring compliance and minimal downtime for the client. This role suits a qualified and skilled engineer who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced setting.
Duties
- Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance on systems, including Single and Three Phase Power, UPS, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, and more.
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults and conducting routine safety checks.
- Supporting mechanical systems and other building services where required.
- Maintaining compliance records, logbooks, and documentation.
- Liaising with clients and attending regular performance meetings.
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with company and statutory standards.
Requirements
- City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations.
- Experience in electrical building services maintenance.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and safety practices.
- Polite, professional, and client-focused approach.
Salary and Benefits
- £38,000 - £42,000 per annum.
- Monday to Friday, 8-5 working hours.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
