What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Electrical Maintenance: Keep operations running smoothly across multiple sites with electrical and mechanical maintenance, repairs, and installations.
  • Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement: Apply your expertise to troubleshoot and improve systems, processes, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with other departments, communicating effectively to ensure seamless operations.
  • Proactive Maintenance: Stay ahead of issues by performing routine checks, fault finding, and repairs before problems arise, keeping downtime to a minimum.
  • Maximise Production Efficiency: Your role is key in driving the efficiency of the production unit, improving performance, and supporting the long-term success of the business.

What You Need:

  • Experience as a Maintenance Engineer (preferably in the food industry).
  • Qualifications: Relevant engineering qualifications (minimum NVQ or equivalent).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A hands-on approach with the ability to tackle issues quickly and effectively.
  • Health & Safety Knowledge: A solid understanding of H&S practices and regulations.
