Maintenance Engineer (Electrical / PLCs)£47,000 - £50,000 + Overtime OTE 55k + Training + Company BenefitsHounslow, LondonAre you a Maintenance Engineer with PLC experience looking to join a globally recognised company you will be proud to work for, as the go-to technical specialist handling electrical and software issues for industrial equipment all within Heathrow airport?In this days-based role you will be working on industrial equipment and machinery, including conveyors, motors, and relays for example, with a heavy emphasis on PLCs and software related issues. You will be working days however there will need to be flexibility for an occasional night shift paid at a premium, roughly once a fortnight if needed.This internationally renowned company were founded in the 1940's and boast a huge presence within the automotive, retail, and airport industries. They pride themselves on their staff retention and progression of employees into senior roles, looking to continue their organic growth for years to come.This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer looking to join a large, growing company where they will be developed through continuous training and progression opportunities.The Role:

  • Conducting planned and reactive maintenance of machinery and equipment
  • Working electrically and on PLCs, programming and solving software issues
  • 90% based in Heathrow Airport, some travel to other airports required
  • Monday to Friday, 7:30/8:30am start, 3:30/4:30pm finish, flexibility to work occasional nights
  • Overtime paid at 1.3x, weekends 1.5x
