- Experience of working within a similar role within the training industry (e.g. IAG; careers development; employability; apprenticeship sectors) - though this is not essential.Â
- Must hold GCSE Grade A-C or equivalent in English and Maths.
- Hold or be willing to work towards an IAG Qualification.
- Experience of communicating via F2F, Telephone and Teams confidently.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office / IT
- Strong communication skills.
- Highly organised and able to manage own workload effectively
- Must be flexible with travel
- The successful candidate will be the key point of contact for incoming learner enquiries, who are interested in enrolling on to our clients Apprenticeship programmes.
- Engage with potential learners and provide information, advice and guidance, ensuring programmes meet the needs of the learner and employer.
- Responsible for eligibility checks, arranging Initial Assessments and liaising with appropriate Tutors to set up enrolments.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of learner enrolment process.
- Provide IAG and support as part of the enrolment and induction process.
- Conduct group information sessions online to promote / explain the content and expectations of apprenticeship programmes.
- Complete documentation accurately, ensuring that all paperwork meets compliance standards.
