Role ResponsibilitiesAs Audit & Accounts Manager, you’ll manage a varied client portfolio and support the leadership team in delivering exceptional service and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of clients (starting at approximately c.£400k) with a mix of c.75% audit, c.15% accounts prep, and c.10% corporate tax
- Leading audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
- Supporting Partners with the overall management of the General Practice team and the Heathrow office
- Mentoring and training staff, acting as a training manager and delivering presentations to trainees
- Building strong client relationships, addressing queries, and identifying opportunities for additional services
- Participating in business development activities, including preparing and presenting client pitches
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 procedures and maintaining high technical standards
- Assisting with billing procedures, debt collection, and financial reporting
- Actively contributing to innovation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery

Candidate Requirements- ACA or ACCA qualified with significant experience managing an audit portfolio and team
- Demonstrated commitment to client care and service excellence

- Commercially aware, with the ability to apply and communicate technical knowledge clearly and effectively
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with great attention to detail
- A proactive mentor who inspires and motivates others, offering constructive feedback and support
