Responsibilities:

  • Billing Process Management: Oversee the entire billing cycle, from rate application and data entry to invoice generation and distribution.
  • Accuracy and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, adhering to client contracts, pricing agreements, and regulatory requirements.
  • Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze billing reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • System Optimization: Evaluate and optimize billing systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
