My client, a large airline is looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join the finance team.
This role will lead financial and business performance support, ensuring compliance with corporate governance and maintaining internal control. You will be a key support to line management teams in achieving their financial targets.
Accountabilities:
- Partner with business to drive decisions and support key priorities.
- Lead Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting.
- Use insights to advise on cost reduction, profit, and revenue increase.
- Develop strategic plans with the business.
- Ensure major decisions consider financial consequences.
- Maintain effective internal controls.
- Role model brand behaviours.
Skills and behaviours:
- Finance qualification ACA/CIMA/ACCA.
- Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner role desirable.
- Previous industry experience desirable.
- Possess a can-do attitude, flexible and agile.
- Ambassador for the team.
- Strong influencing and communication skills.
- High analytical and financial acumen.
- Empowered to enforce financial policies.
- Clear business strategy insights.
- Robust IT systems.
