Description
- Act as a strategic partner to business units, providing financial insights and advice.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting process for the business unit.
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
- Present financial summaries and business insights to senior management.
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports.
- Partner with Accounting team to ensure accuracy and usefulness of financial data.
- Manage the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Support in the decision-making process by providing relevant financial data.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional qualification such as ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or QBE
- Data improvements
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive financial process improvements.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary package within the range of £70,000-£80,000
