Salary: £13.00 per hour (first 12 weeks), £14.00 per hour (after 12 weeks)
Overtime Rate: £17.00 per hour (after 12 weeks)
Shift Patterns: 4 on / 2 off or Wednesday to Sunday/Thursday to Monday until end of September, then 4 on / 2 off
Experience Required: Valid Forklift certificate, prior FLT experience, Cargo Operative certification, 5-year history check, flexibility to work day and night shifts

Main Pattern: 4 on / 2 off (8.5 hours/day), mixture of early and late shifts
Alternative Pattern: Wednesday to Sunday or Thursday to Monday (8.5 hours/day) until end of September, then 4 on / 2 off

Key Requirements:

Must have a valid Forklift certificate (counterbalanced)
Prior FLT experience required; candidates will be assessed by the client's FLT trainer
Must hold a Cargo Operative certification (old style level D) - we offer Cargo Operative courses for £67.20
Ability to provide a 5-year history check (HMRC online record)
Flexibility to work both day and night shifts

Duties and Responsibilities:

Safely operate vehicles and equipment airside in accordance with airport regulations
Transport cargo and other materials between aircraft and designated areas
Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any issues
Maintain clear and effective communication with the team and supervisors
Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment
