Our Client an established freight forwarder has an excellent opportunity to join a growing team, in the air export department based in Heston

Role will involve both Export Customer Service and Export Gateway Duties

Please note this role dies not include any UK sponsorship

Duties would include

  • Proactively promoting and demonstrating excellent customer service
  • Handling client requests and queries effectively, escalating them where necessary
  • Accurately completing customs paperwork for export and/or import customs entries.
  • Effective liaison with other departments and with our overseas partners
  • Coordinating our Transport and Warehouse teams
  • Supporting other members of the team in their learning and development

Monday - Friday 1000-1830 / 0900-1730 hrs
