A large logistics company based in the Heathrow area is seeking an experienced Transport Planner to join their team.
The role involves arranging collections and deliveries, tracking goods movements, route planning, and ensuring compliance with transport regulations.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of checkable freight or transport experience and a clean DBS check.
The position offers a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per year, depending on experience.
Working hours are typically Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30, with flexibility for shift work and potential overtime.

My clients a large logistics company based within the Heathrow area, they are seeking experienced Transport Planner to join their busy team!

Duties would include:

Arranging collections and deliveries
Tracking movements of goods
Route planning
To ensure compliance with transport regulations and standards
Preparing reports and maintaining transport records
Liaising with transport and operations
Resolving any issues from clients
General admin

Skills required:

Previous freight/ transport experience
5 year checkable history/ clean DBS check
Good customer service skills
Flexible with regards to shift work
PC literate
Full UK driving license

Working hours:

Monday- Friday 0900-1730 / Tuesday- Saturday 0900-1900 plus overtime
