Bid Manager West London
Due to continued success and ambitious growth plans our client, a reputable privately owned business within the D&B refurbishment space has a newly created requirement for a hands on cradle to grave business winning Bid Manager to join the team based out of their office in West London.
Their ambition is to increase business turnover to circa £12m per annum by 2026 by opening new business streams with public sector clients whether that be by working with Local Councils/Government/Social Housing organisations, therefore similar Construction sector bid winning, writing and management experience is required.
Role:
- To manage the bid process from cradle to grave reporting at Director level on opportunity strategies
- Lead and direct the bid process through the entire bid lifecycle including creating a winning strategy that results in organic growth by delivering results that win contracts
- Analyse both bid documents and requirements ensuring that compliance and responsiveness to client needs are met throughout the process
- Identify and qualify bidding opportunities
- Maintain a bigger picture view of what is required to successfully win bids
- Secure new business for the Company via maintaining the bid pipeline and creating winning bids
- Ensure client deliverables are achieved within set deadlines, specifications, and governance
- Write, edit and proof-read all bid responses
- Work with stakeholders internally and externally to build valuable and effective long-term relationships
- Develop and manage any future members of the Bid Team as the team grows
