We are currently seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a fantastic secondary school in Hounslow. This full-time position, Monday to Friday 8:15 AM to 4:00 PM.

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 am to 4:00 pm
- Start Date: Immediately
- Location: Hounslow
About the Role:
- As a Cover Supervisor, you will be encouraging the participation of all pupils and ensuring they are actively engaged in their classwork.
- Confidently be managing student behaviour to create a positive and productive learning environment.
- As a Cover Supervisor, you will build strong, supportive relationships with pupils to help them achieve their potential.
- Organise and managing the physical teaching space and resources to facilitate a smooth-running classroom.
- Create a stimulating and motivating atmosphere that supports students in their learning journey.
What We're Looking For:
- Able Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Recent experience working as a Cover Supervisor in the UK is essential.
- Must have, or be willing to apply for, an enhanced Child Only DBS check.
- Ideally reside in or near Hounslow, or have reliable transport to commute to the area.
