Graduate Cover Supervisor- Hounslow

We have an exciting Graduate Cover Sueprvisor role providing cover for primary & secondary schools on a supply basis. This role is split between two modern schools in the centre of Hounslow.
About the role:
- Covering the class teachers absense- you do not need to plan lessons / mark work
- Create an environment where students are motivated, ensuring that they stay engaged and focused on their tasks throughout the session.
- Promote a positive and respectful classroom environment by implementing effective strategies to manage student behaviour, thereby ensuring that all students can learn without disruption.
- Provide clear and confident guidance to students, assisting them in staying on track with their work and ensuring that they fully understand instructions and expectations.
- Take charge of organizing the classroom, ensuring that resources are effectively managed, and the learning environment is conducive to both teaching and learning.
What We're Looking For:
- Available full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Recent experience working with children in the UK is essential; prior Cover Supervisor experience is a plus.
- Must have, or be willing to obtain, an enhanced DBS check.
- Ideally live near Hounslow or have reliable transport to commute.
