About the Company:
I am currently working with a small refurbishment contractor that has been in operation for over 30 years. Specialising in interior refurbishments, my client works across a wide variety of sectors, including healthcare, office environments, education, airports, hotels, and government buildings.
About the Role:
My client is seeking a Small Works Refurbishment Estimator who also has the capability to manage and develop new business. This role will be split between 60% estimating and 40% business development. Although my client has an established network of repeat business, they are looking for someone who can further develop these relationships and expand them.
Rewards & Benefits:
- 50,000 - 60,000 + Commission
- 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in estimating for commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects
- Ability to oversee other managers within the business
- Ambitious and driven
- Able to present to clients confidently and pursue leads until orders are placed
- Ability to meet clients, discuss scopes, and build estimates from initial discussions or from full tender packages
