My client are a very well established, specialist logistics company looking for an experienced Export Packer to join their busy team.
Daily duties will include:
- Packing and handling general cargo and dangerous goods
- Casemaking
- Creating dangerous goods labels and handling paperwork
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Manual handling
- Using cutting machines and power tools including saws and nail guns
- Wrapping, packing and labelling fragile goods
Experience and skills needed:
- Experience in carpentry/ woodwork/ casemaking is an advantage
- Dangerous goods experience is essential, ideally DG qualified or awareness
- Warehouse experience
- UK Driving License is ESSENTIAL
- Steady work history due to referencing purposes
- PC literate
Working hours:
- Monday - Friday 0800am - 1700pm
