Freightserve recruitment is seeking a Fine Art Shipping Coordinator for a niche Freight Forwarder located in the Heathrow area.
The role involves coordinating shipments via air, road, and sea while adhering to relevant constraints and troubleshooting issues.
Candidates should have some experience in art shipping or logistics, particularly within a startup environment, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
The position offers a salary that includes a £1000 company bonus, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm or 9am - 5:30pm.

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Fine Art Shipping Coordinator for a excellent niche sector Freight Forwarder based in the Heathrow area.

Daily Duties:-

- Coordinate and manage shipments via air, road and sea making sure we adhere to all relevant constraints (time, budget, scope, quality etc)

- Monitor our orders with dedicated reports, tools, and a shared platform whilst troubleshooting and removing roadblocks

- Be the first point of contact for our partners and importers

- Suggest and implement process improvements within the Freight & Customs team

- Work closely and collaboratively with our Customer Care and Warehouse teams

Required Experience:-

- First experience in art shipping or in logistics and within the startup ecosystem, and an understanding of customs.

- You have strong analytical skills

- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

- You are well organised and disciplined in daily activity planning and know how best to prioritise

- You are enthusiastic, ambitious, self-motivated and hands-on with a strong work ethic.

- You enjoy working in a challenging fast-paced, target-driven and team-oriented environment

- You are an excellent learner with a desire to adapt to new concepts and technologies
