Working Shift Patterns: 4 on 4 off
Working Hours: 6pm – 6am
Salary: £15.00ph (Weekly pay)
Our client are a major Airport Services Business who provide a vast range of services including Baggage, Exterior & Interior Aircraft Washing, Fumigation and Administrative support to major airlines throughout the UK.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our clients’ team of Fumigation Technicians. As a Fumigation Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out routine pest control activities within aircrafts, cabins and crew room areas. You will carry out this role across all terminals at Heathrow and be liaising with pilots, crew members and aircraft engineers to ensure tasks are carried out effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine pest control activities
- Inspection of galleys, cabins and crew rooms
- Taking water samples from tap points
- Application of insecticidal chemicals
- Liaise with pilots, engineers and crew members and fellow technicians
- Complete necessary paperwork
Requirements:
- Full UK manual driving licence (Essential)
- Good communication skills (Verbal and written)
- Experience within fumigation and/or pest control
- Be able to provide an up-to-date DBS certificate
- Able to provide a 5-year checkable history
