JOB DESCRIPTION
Currently working with a fantastic client in the HEATHROW area. Our client is a leading global logistics provider - they are looking for a HR Administrator to provide transactional and administrative support to the Regional Senior HR Business Partner and the HR Team.
Responsibilities:
- Generating and processing paperwork related to the full Employee lifecycle - starters,leavers etc.
- Completing audits on Employee Files
- Compiling and updating employee references, clearances and DBS checks
- Responsible for tracking CAA Regulations and compliance is met.
- Monitoring and Co-ordinating all Employee training renewals
- Producing Correspondence for all changes to Employee terms and conditions as directed
- Maintaining attendance records
- Completing Inductions with New Employees
- Data Gathering tasks
- Data Analysis Tasks
- Ensure the HR system, Success Factors, is up to date
- Providing support to the HR Business Partner with ad-hoc tasks and projects
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential at all times
Skills and experience:
- Strong administrative experience in a fast pace environment
- Proficient in MS Office including Excel
- Experience of maintaining office systems, data filing and data cleansing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Outstanding administrative and organizational skills
