JOB DESCRIPTION

Currently working with a fantastic client in the HEATHROW area. Our client is a leading global logistics provider - they are looking for a HR Administrator to provide transactional and administrative support to the Regional Senior HR Business Partner and the HR Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating and processing paperwork related to the full Employee lifecycle - starters,leavers etc.
  • Completing audits on Employee Files
  • Compiling and updating employee references, clearances and DBS checks
  • Responsible for tracking CAA Regulations and compliance is met.
  • Monitoring and Co-ordinating all Employee training renewals
  • Producing Correspondence for all changes to Employee terms and conditions as directed
  • Maintaining attendance records
  • Completing Inductions with New Employees
  • Data Gathering tasks
  • Data Analysis Tasks
  • Ensure the HR system, Success Factors, is up to date
  • Providing support to the HR Business Partner with ad-hoc tasks and projects
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential at all times

Skills and experience:

  • Strong administrative experience in a fast pace environment
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel
  • Experience of maintaining office systems, data filing and data cleansing
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Outstanding administrative and organizational skills
